Typical Project Timeline:
* In this step, we discuss the major challenges and frustrations you are facing related to the sales performance within your existing team. We also assess what opportunities exist to help you get the performance your business needs. If we believe we can bring value to your organization, an agreement would be made to proceed to the next step. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION.
* This step allows us to gain a thorough understanding of the current situation within your sales team and determine existing strengths & weaknesses, staffing levels, pipeline health, processes, and technology utilization. We will observe and interact with you and your staff during this time. A CONSULTATION FEE OF $450 IS CHARGED FOR THIS STEP AND A FINDINGS REPORT WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU AS PART OF THIS SERVICE. A NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT IS SIGNED PRIOR TO THE ON-SITE ASSESSMENT.
* Next, we discuss the findings from our phone and on-site assessment and determine the goals and objectives, strategies, and project timeline. THE SCOPE OF WORK AND OUR FRACTIONAL SALES MANAGEMENT FEE SCHEDULE IS AGREED UPON PRIOR TO PROJECT COMMENCEMENT.
* Based upon the observations and takeaways up to this point, this step allows us to begin working towards the objectives previously agreed upon and allows you to refocus your time and energy on higher-valued activities. We provide regularly scheduled feedback/update sessions (as agreed upon in the Scope of Work) on our progress towards established goals and benchmarks.
